The short version
We only collect what you send us. We use it to reply. We keep it for ninety days unless we're in an active conversation with you. We don't sell it, share it, or load tracking pixels.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Name, email address, optional company, and the message you write. Submitted when you press the button on the get in touch page.
- Server-side logs. Standard Firebase Hosting logs (request URL, response code, user agent, IP address). These are retained on Google's infrastructure under their data retention defaults and are not joined to any other data we hold.
What we don't collect
- No analytics scripts, no cookies for tracking, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party advertising networks.
- No data brokers.
Bot mitigation
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated submissions. Turnstile is a privacy-respecting alternative to reCAPTCHA: it does not load third-party cookies and does not require human interaction in the typical case. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to the Turnstile check; we receive only the pass/fail result.
Where the data lives
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the europe-west2 region
(London). Email is delivered via Resend; the message body passes through their infrastructure
briefly during delivery.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are deleted automatically after ninety days, unless we're in an active conversation with you — in which case the email thread itself is the record, and is retained in the company mailbox for as long as the engagement requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email hello@pw6s.digital and we'll respond within a working week.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We'd rather you came to us first.
